Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your gift. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@theviralvault.shop with your order number.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Send us a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to return the item.

Lost package: If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, we'll refund or reship your order at no cost.

Changed your mind: Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Email us first for return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and refunds are issued once the item is received.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
